The Glencliff High School program seeks volunteer teachers!

The Glencliff High School pre-GED and adult English learners program is seeking several volunteer teachers to work with our immigrant and refugee parents and community members during day time or evening classes.  Volunteers would work 2-4 hours per week teaching adult learners in leveled classes ranging from basic literacy to pre-GED. Glencliff High School partners with NICE, the Nashville International Center for Empowerment, to provide these community education classes.  Our program is funded by the Dollar General Literacy Foundation, and we are able to provide class materials and childcare.   If you are interested in volunteering your time, or if you know someone who may be interested, please contact Sue Lo:
